A customer choosing between two beach clubs is partly choosing between two locations. Ground level photography shows the bar, the seating and the food; it cannot show that the deck opens straight onto the sand, where the parking is, or how long the walk from the road actually takes. One aerial frame answers all three, before anyone has read a line of your copy.
What we shoot for commercial property
Restaurants, shacks, beach clubs and bars. Hotels marketing themselves outside the OTA listings. Retail units, showrooms and warehouses being leased or sold. Business parks and office buildings. Event venues that need to show capacity and layout rather than a flattering corner of the terrace.
The blue hour frame is usually the one that works
For hospitality and venues the strongest image is almost always the one taken shortly after sunset with the lights on: the building reads warm, the sky still holds colour, and the layout stays legible. We plan around that window and the golden hour before it, so one session produces both rather than two shoots producing one each.
Progress documentation for developers
On construction and fit out projects we record the flight positions and altitudes on the first visit and repeat them on every return, so the images compare directly month to month. That makes the set usable for investor updates, contractor records and handover documentation, not only for marketing. Editing, grading, custom music and motion graphics are done in house, and priority turnaround of roughly 48 hours is available when a launch or listing date is fixed.
